This policy covers this website and contact with the studio. Links to external websites lead to services with their own policies.

When you contact us

The form asks for your name, email and message. We use what you send to reply, discuss your project and prepare a quote. The same applies when you email us directly. Without contact details, we cannot reply.

Quote requests are handled to take pre-contractual steps at your request. General questions and site security rely on our legitimate interests in managing correspondence and preventing abuse.

Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising list. We do not sell your details or make automated decisions about you. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Services we use

Cloudflare

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, sends form messages and forwards email from contact@formandpoise.com to the studio inbox. It processes email content for delivery and technical data, such as IP addresses, connection requests and network error reports, to operate and secure the service.

Google / Gmail

Messages arrive in the studio’s Gmail inbox, where we retain and manage correspondence. The public contact@formandpoise.com address forwards incoming email there.

These providers operate internationally and processing may take place outside the EEA or UK, including in the US. Their policies explain applicable transfer safeguards, such as the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where relevant. You can contact us for more information.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to complete your enquiry and the related discussion. If we work together, it may be needed to manage that relationship or for specific legal obligations and claims. These criteria determine retention; inbox deletion is managed by the studio, not automatically by the form.

The application does not store messages in a separate database or record their content in its logs. Spam and duplicate-submission protection uses temporary counters and hashed request fingerprints with a checking window of up to 10 minutes. Providers manage their own technical records under their policies.

Cookies

We have not installed analytics or advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel. The banner is informational: “Got it” dismisses it and does not consent to tracking.

Duration / contents

180 days after dismissal. Contains only the notice version, with no unique visitor identifier.

During a security check, Cloudflare may use a necessary cookie such as cf_clearance to remember that the check was completed. This is not installed by the banner code and depends on the check applied. About Cloudflare cookies.

A technical dataLayer temporarily holds actions such as page views or button clicks in page memory only. It contains no form field values, is not stored in a cookie and is not connected to an analytics collection service.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the notice cookie makes the banner appear again. If optional tools are added, we will update the policy and request a choice before enabling them.

Your rights
